| Cutleaf Coneflower, Rudbeckia lacinata, likes moist areas. This specimen is growing on the margin of a marshy area of old beaver ponds in Guaje Canyon in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico at an elevation of 8,700 feet. Aconitum columbianum (monkshood) is growing nearby. | |||||
